A native of Arizona, I graduated from ASU and shortly thereafter earned my CPA. I have been drawn to numbers since I was a small child – one of the few people lucky enough to know what they wanted to be when they grew up and able to follow that dream. Yes! Accounting can be a dream job too! My career has mostly been in home-building, construction and land development with forays into other areas. It was when I arrived at Recovery Innovations in 2009 that I recognized my true calling had been realized.
Working at Recovery Innovations has been a life-altering experience; one which has taken me to levels of work and concentration that I didn't know I possessed! But along with the demands of this quickly growing company, I found the people working in this organization, from the CEO to the administrators and staff of the programs and support departments are fully committed to recovery. Our mission is one we each live on a daily basis and practice in our every step. Many healthcare companies work towards the goal of empowering people, but few companies expect their IT or finance or billing department to provide and envelop that same attitude. It is refreshing and inspiring.
As well as enjoying my contribution and commitment to our work at Recovery Innovations, I make the time to spend with my family, go camping, and my favorite event of all – SCUBA diving! Life is a great adventure and I’m glad it includes Recovery Innovations.
