Recovery Innovations of North Carolina

I would describe myself as an outside the box visionary that sees things as they are, but also as they can become. I always see the possible vs. the impossible, and am looking for a way to make the possible happen in strengthening existing programs and creating new ones. My greatest strength is communication, connecting, and the ability to maintain integrity and character, while remaining real and genuine in my interactions with others. I believe it is the life experiences and challenges that brought me to this point, and I can truly say I am living my dream. I hold that same hope for individuals and my team.

I am originally from Gettysburg, PA, the oldest of 3. I pursued my college education later in life and obtained my MSW in Management and Community Practice from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2008.

I am employed with Recovery Innovations as a Recovery Services Administrator, currently licensed as a provisionally licensed clinical social worker in North Carolina, a field instructor forUNC School of Social Work and an Adjunct Professor in the School of Social  Work at Barton College in the field of Community Practice and Organizations.

I look forward to empowering individuals to become all they were meant to be, and strengthening communities.
