Scott Palluck
Director of Quality Support
Although born and raised in the suburbs of the Windy City in Illinois, I have lived in the Phoenix area since 1990. It all happened quite innocently, a leisurely vacation in the the beautiful weather of Arizona during the month of March... I was instantly drawn to the beautiful surroundings and the desert heat. Of course, in March it is still snowing in the Midwest - so it was easier to make the decision to pack my bags and head to the Valley of the Sun.
I grew up the youngest of three siblings. Our home was located on a corner lot - which meant is was one of the favorite spots for the neighborhood kids to come over and play a few games of kickball during the summer months!!
After high school, I headed to Western Illinois University (WIU) in Macomb, Illinois. Graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, I worked for a year before returning to WIU to participate in their graduate program. Two years later, I received a Master's degree in Sociology. I then began a career in Child Welfare - foster care and adoption - and remained in that field for thirteen years. I was ready for a new adventure and had the opportunity to become the Director of Quality Management for an in-home support company. Having gained much experience during that time, I was then introduced to Recovery Innovations (META Services at the time). Being a part of Recovery Innovations, its mission and philosophy - I am honored to be a part of a truly inspiring organization.
In my current position, I provide oversight for the RI Quality Management Department and provide ongoing quality management support to all the Recovery Innovations locations.
When I am not working, I am very passionate about music and my spirituality.
